Severe Gale Warning – act now!
It just goes to show that any situation can be used for advertising.
I recieve Screwfix Direct posts by email to keep me informed on all the latest products, offers and competitions (its not spam because I actually subscribed to their postings).
This particular email makes me wonder if the UK is having severe gales… or do they know something we dont… Tornadoes, hurricanes or storms of which the UK has never seen before.
We had better do as they say… batten down the hatches!
(now wheres my emergency candles and tins of baked beans?)

It was in my younger years, living in Kidderminster, England, UK, I picked up my first home computer - a Sinclair ZX Spectrum+ (1984). From that point on, I haven't been able to shake what seems to be my new found purpose.
